Our executive management team and board focuses on providing revenue opportunities to our individual practices through federal and commercial contracting, new healthcare initiatives such as CPC+, enhanced billing and coding, value based payments, Quality Measures/HEDIS, MACRA/MIPS and much more.
Our Central Florida based company spans across several counties and covers well over 25,000 patients through our current multiple contracts. In 2017, our patient base will double the number we serve today.
Primary Partners has shown success in two prior Advanced Pay- Shared Savings contracts from Medicare totaling $12Million Dollars in SHARED SAVINGS. Our Commercial Payor contracts shared savings over $4 Million Dollars in its first year. Our 2nd year looks to be equally impressive. Our quality success has been highlighted in Becker's Hospital Review. Our Medicare ACO received the highest quality score in Florida in 2014 and ended up 4th in the Nation. In 2015 our Quality Score remained #1 in Florida, scoring 99.2%. Our Quality in commercial contracts have proven to be higher than the Orlando Metro Market.
Some of the services we provide to our practices is onsite Provider assistance to evaluate or assist in several key areas; Preparing for federal changes such as MIPS, refining office processes, risk coding, billing, increasing quality scores, gathering provider pain-points, referral workflow and more. Our group provides a direct feed with the State Health Information Exchange (HIE) and local hospitals to provide admit and ER admissions delivered to you daily. Our data analytics team provides Quality and Key Performance Metrics that show your performance against your peers and the nation. Our management team focuses on policies, grant opportunities and government regulations changes that are rapidly occurring in the nation's healthcare landscape.
